Face Data Summary
Zyralix processes images that may contain facial information when you use AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-video effects, and video face-swap features. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Sections 2 (How We Use Your Information), 3 (AI Processing), 4 (Data Sharing), 5 (Data Retention), 6 (Your Rights), and 9 (Data Security). Face-containing content is processed only on infrastructure we control using our own models. We do not send face data to any third-party AI service.
Zyralix does not send your personal content to any third-party AI service. All AI image and video generation is performed using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team on servers we control. Your uploaded photos, text prompts, face data, and other user-generated content are never shared with or transmitted to external AI service providers.

Zyralix (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the Zyralix mobile application (“App”) on iOS.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Zyralix is an AI creative application that allows you to upload photos or videos and enter text prompts to generate AI-enhanced images and videos. Depending on the feature you choose, we may collect:
Photos and videos you upload may contain facial information when you use features such as AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-video conversion, or video face-swap effects. This information is used only to generate the creative result you request within the App. Zyralix does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition for identity verification, or government-style identity matching.

With your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). If you deny permission, we do not access IDFA for tracking purposes.
We may collect app usage and marketing attribution events through analytics tools (such as Meta/Facebook App Events) to measure installs, registrations, subscriptions, and campaign performance. These events may include device and app metadata but are not used to perform AI generation on your uploaded content.
If you contact us for support or submit feedback, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your message content, contact details, and diagnostic information related to your request.
We use collected information for the following purposes:
Zyralix provides AI-based creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. When you choose an AI feature and submit content, your prompts, uploaded images or videos, technical task parameters, and result-related metadata are processed on our own servers to generate the result you request.
We do not send your photos, videos, prompts, face data, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service. AI image and video generation—including text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and video face-swap features—is performed on infrastructure we control.
Other service providers may receive limited non-content or operational data needed to run the App, such as authentication, API hosting, media delivery, analytics, or payment processing. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, videos, or prompts for third-party AI model inference.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your user-generated content (including photos, videos, images containing faces, or prompts) with third-party AI providers.

You may request deletion of your uploaded content, generated task history, or account-related data by contacting us at the email address in Section 13. We will verify your request and process eligible deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security, or billing record retention requirements.

Our App uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to request your permission before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA).
If you grant permission, we may use IDFA and related app events for advertising attribution and campaign performance measurement through partners such as Meta (Facebook). If you deny permission, we do not use IDFA for cross-app tracking purposes.
You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device settings. Denying tracking does not prevent you from using Zyralix’s core AI features.
Zyralix may use limited third-party services for authentication, API hosting, media delivery, analytics, and payment processing.
We do not use any third-party AI services to process your creative content. No user data (photos, videos, face data, prompts, or generated media) is sent to external AI providers for model inference.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies for more information about how those providers handle data they receive from the App.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include encrypted transport (such as HTTPS), access controls, and operational monitoring.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Zyralix is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
Your information may be processed on servers located in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated within the App where appropriate.
Your continued use of Zyralix after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
